About Us

The members of Deer Path HOA are the homeowners in Deer Path subdivision, a neighborhood of 118 homes in Waukesha, Wisconsin. 

Deer Path Homeowners' Association, Inc. is a non-stock, not-for-profit corporation established in 2001 by the subdivision developer. 

The Board of Directors and the Officers of Deer Path HOA are Deer Path homeowners who have volunteered their services. 

The first volunteer-run Board of Directors was elected in September of 2004.
