Every person who owns or rents a home in Deer Path subdivision is subject to By-Laws and Deed Restrictions. They include rules regarding our Board and annual meeting as well as guidelines for such matters as nuisance issues, signs, fences, dog runs, pools, sheds, etc.
Per HOA Deed Restrictions, any construction or landscape change or alteration of any of the buildings within the subdivision must receive written approval from the Architectural Control Committee prior to beginning the project. This would only apply to the exterior of the property.
On occasion, a homeowner may have a complaint or wants to make a request or suggestion to the Board. We have a form available to the homeowner for just that purpose.
